Qualifications
All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this SR Human Resource Generalist opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (Masters perferred). 5-10 years experience in Human Resources in a manufacturing environment. Complete knowledge of HR laws and practices. Professional in Human resources (PHR) certification is preferred..
