What is this role?  Based out of our Head Office in Regina, your role is to find qualified candidates for positions before we need them.  Pro-active recruiting!  More specifically you would:

·         Develop and implement sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of potential employees to meet future critical hiring needs

·         Source candidates from a variety of disciplines through referrals, networking, targeted recruiting, internet mining and other creative methods

·         Work closely with a team of highly skilled Recruiters

·         Lead Career Fair and event management strategies

·         Lead and participate in Sourcing and Recruitment related projects

Our candidate will have a background as mentioned above plus the following:

·         University degree in a related field

·         Excellent research and investigative skills

·         Excellent computer skills and ability to search using the Internet

·         Must be proactive, resourceful and innovative

·         Ability to generate and follow-up on leads

·         Someone who enjoys searching for and utilizing creative methods to find qualified candidates

·         Someone who is willing to learn through hands on experience
