Senior Director, Structured
| Description: Originate, negotiate and execute complex long-term energy transactions with an emphasis on structured finance (VPP’s, MPP’s and related). Work with wholesale buyers, municipalities and power generators to build relationships and negotiate commercial transactions. Understand relevant regulations for region and the state of business affairs within market, market supply and demand fundamentals and future market trends. Manage multiple commodities and develop structured financial products and services. Responsible for creating, developing and implementing new businesses sectors. |

| Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, graduate degree or MBA in Finance preferred. 5-10 years direct experience in the origination and negotiation of structured financial products and services |
