The Eugene Water & Electric Board is currently seeking an Energy Management Representative who will respond to a wide variety of customer questions on residential energy consumption and will market energy management programs and utility services to customers. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and have or quickly develop a comprehensive knowledge of residential home energy management. This position will be responsible for completing reviews of customer records, preparing technical reports, and communicating recommendations to customers and will enter customer request information into program databases and assign customer files to account managers.
Experience: Two years experience in providing energy management services or in a customer contact role with a utility. Fluency in Spanish preferred.
Education and/or training: High school diploma or GED. An Associate Degree in Energy Management may substitute for the two year experience requirement. Other equivalent combinations of education and experience may also be qualifying. Valid driver license required
